Because we know that your time is valuable, we make a strong effort to minimize waiting times as much as possible. By utilizing a well-organized scheduling system and collaboration between our veterinarian and office staff, we are able to decrease wait times and improve efficiency. Although we prefer appointments, we understand that sometimes you and your pet cannot wait and will accommodate both existing and new clients when a situation develops without warning.
We are here to serve both you and your pet and value the relationship we have with you; therefore, we will do everything in our power to accommodate you and your pet in a time of need.
We have provided our New Client Form for your convenience on the right panel. Please print and fill it out as completely as you can, then bring it with you to your first appointment. If your pet(s) has/have attended a different veterinary clinic in the past, it is also helpful to have a copy of their records with you. If you are unable to obtain a copy of their records, we can always arrange that for you during your first visit.
We have also provided our Boarding Form for your convenience on the right panel. Please print and fill it out as completely as you can, then bring it with you when you drop your pet(s) off at our clinic for boarding. There is an additional form - Boarding Form - Additional Pets - that you can attach to your Boarding Form if there are more than one pet that will be boarding at our clinic.
